Drumeție cadou de 8 martie
Ziua Femeii pe munte
Femei, mame, bunici, ce vreți voi… Sunt toate niște luptătoare. Pentru că ele ne oferă atâtea prin căldura și puterea lor, am decis să oferim și noi ceva mai departe. Așa că în acest an, organizăm o tură gratis pentru 4 doamne și pentru 4 domni iubitori de munte. Pentru că și bărbații merită cadouri și atenție în luna lui Mărțisor.
Modalitatea de selecție a participanților la acest eveniment gratuit se va face pe platforma Instagram pentru fete, iar pe Facebook – pentru băieți. Ce trebuie să faceți? Urmăriți paginile noastre de social media. La postarea ”Concurs pentru 8 martie” dați tag unei persoane care considerați că merită această experiență drept cadou. Tragerea la sorți se va face prin platforma Random.org și lista de participanți va fi anunțată public pe fiecare pagină Boots on Roots: Instagram pentru doamne, Facebook pentru domni.

PROGRAM și detalii tehnice
Întâlnire dimineața în jur de ora 9.15-9.30 la Livada Poștei, Brașov. Facem cunoștință și luăm împreună autobuzul public spre Pietrele lui Solomon. De aici începem drumeția prin pădure, pe drumuri forestiere care urcă ușor, apoi prin poieni superbe și ajungem la domeniul schiabil Poiana Brașov în dreptul lacului. Este un traseu superb și puțin umblat, care ne permite să ne bucurăm de liniștea naturii, deși este aproape de orașul Brașov și de stațiunea turistică Poiana BV. Mai urcăm puțin și trecem pe lângă o cabană cu istorie, atmosferă placută și bucate alese. Aici putem lua un prânz delicios dacă timpul ne permite și dacă toate burticile doresc asta. Coborârea o facem pe alt traseu până la baza pârtiei de unde putem lua autobuzul public către Brașov. Retur la Livada Poștei, de unde se poate lua autobuz spre Gară sau alte direcții.

🎈 Pentru buna desfășurare a turei și siguranța grupului, vom adapta traseul la dinamica grupului și condițiile meteo din ziua respectivă.
• bocanci de iarnă impermeabili și călduroși + parazăpezi (recomandat)
• haine de drumeție de iarnă, adecvate sezonului și temperaturii
• polar, geacă de puf
• geacă impermeabilă
• căciulă, mănuși impermeabile, buff
• ochelari de soare, cremă solară
• rucsac de tură aprox. 30 L
• frontală cu baterii încărcate
• mini-trusă medicală (vom avea și noi una de grup, dar să vă luați produsele de care aveți nevoie regulat)
• gustări, apă, termos cu ceai fierbinte
- bețe de trekking cu rozete de iarnă (recomandat)
- mini colțari / spikes (recomandat, dacă este gheață pe alocuri)
Dacă veniți din altă localitate, vă recomadăm să veniți cu trenul. Tren IR 1735 București ora 6.09 – Brașov 8.41.
Gara Brașov – stația Livada Poștei: autobuz 4 (linie directă) sau alternativ bus 17, 20, 1, 2. Un bilet de autobuz este valabil 90 de minute, deci puteți folosi același bilet pentru călătoria pe care o facem împreună de la stația Livada Poștei.

International Women’s Day in the mountains
Women, mothers, grandmothers, you name it… They are all fighters. Because they give us so much with their warmth and strength, we decided to give something back as well. So this year, we are organizing a free tour for 4 ladies and 4 gentlemen who love the mountains. Because men also deserve gifts and attention during the month of Mărțișor (the month of March in the ancient calendar brings Spring).
The selection process for participants in this free event will take place on Instagram for women and on Facebook for men. What do you need to do? Follow our social media pages. In the “March 8 Contest” post, tag a person who you think deserves this experience as a gift. The winners will be selected through Random.org, and the list of participants will be announced publicly on each Boots on Roots page: Instagram for ladies, Facebook for gentlemen.

ITINERARY AND TECHNICAL DETAILS
We will meet in the morning around 9:15-9:30 a.m. at Livada Poștei, Brașov. We will get introduced and take the public bus to Solomon’s Rocks. From here, we will begin our hike through the forest, on forest roads that climb gently, then through beautiful glades, until we reach Poiana Brașov ski resort by the lake. It is a beautiful and little-traveled route that allows us to enjoy the tranquility of nature, even though it is close to the city of Brașov and Poiana Brasov tourist resort. We climb a little further and pass by a historic cabin with a pleasant atmosphere and delicious food. Here we can have a delicious lunch if time allows and if everyone is hungry. We descend on another route to the base of the slope, where we can take the public bus to Brașov. Return to Livada Poștei, where you can take the bus to the train station or other destinations.

🎈 For the smooth running of the tour and the safety of the group, we will adapt the route to the dynamics of the group and the weather conditions on the day.
- winter hiking boots + snow gaiters (recommended if it’s snowy/muddy/wet)
- walking poles
- trekking clothes suitable for the season and temperatures
- fleece and down jacket
- waterproof and wind-stopper jacket
- warm hat, waterproof gloves
- sunglasses, sunscreen
- backpack around 30 L
- head-torch with charged batteries
- mini medical kit (we will also have a group kit, but take the products you need regularly)
- snacks, water bottle, thermos bottle with hot tea
- mini spikes (recommended if it’s icy)
If you are coming from another town, we recommend that you come by train. Train IR 1735 Bucharest at 6:09 a.m. – Brașov at 8:41 a.m.
Brașov train station – Livada Poștei station: bus 4 (direct line) or alternatively bus 17, 20, 1, 2. A bus ticket is valid for 90 minutes, so you can use the same ticket for the trip we are taking together from Livada Poștei station.
